Athlete 12 is brand new for 2019!

We will work over the 12 weeks to get STRONGER, FASTER, FITTER and have more stamina and endurance. The intensity of the work outs will increase each week and you will start to feel as though you are working in ‘athlete mode’. As long as you have the foundations of a strong core and pelvic floor then you are good to go!

So, how does it work?

  • This programme runs for 12 weeks and as well as the online portal that you will access, you will also be part of a private Facebook group. You will receive weekly core restore home workouts, which are approximately 20 minutes in duration and progressed weekly. You will be guided through these additional workouts by programme creator Jenny Burrell and by myself where you will receive an extra video per week in the facebook group, so you actually have the benefit of two Coaches for the entire 12 weeks!   • We would be remiss to not include a RESULTS GUARANTEED Clean Eating, SIMPLE, Fat Loss Nourishment Guide. We wanted the best for you and so asked the best in the business Julie Bartlett to provide her comprehensive, TRIED AND TESTED and widely success programme as a compliment to this programme. It’s truly NO FUSS and will deliver big results over the course of this core restore programme.

What to do next?

  • You will need to complete a full screening checklist before you start the programme to make sure that it is right for you.

  • Once this has been completed, the programme will start with SET UP, where we help you get prepared for the coming 12 weeks including taking your Fitness Test and logging your start point measurements.

  • You will need equipment, some of it you may already have but you may also have to purchase other bits. The equipment needed can all be purchased from amazon and includes: A set of 4 mini resistance bands, set of 2kg dumbbells, medium strength resistance band and anything else I will tell you about.

  • In the private Facebook group we will have extra tips and advice on exercise and nutrition and it is a place where you can ask any questions related to the programme and have regular access to me as the coach.
