My Purebody Method ballet barre class joins together the precision of Pilates, the grace and flow of ballet and the mindfulness and power of a yoga class.

You will immerse yourself in the music and start to move freely, becoming more in tune with your body, creating a deeper connection to your inner dancer.

The classes will improve your muscular strength using held isometric moves and will tone your thighs and sculpt your arms. Abdominal work is carried out throughout the class as connection to your deep belly muscles and postural alignment are continually being addressed.

Hand and ankle weights are used as well as sliders/gliders, resistance bands and magic circles. Adding in the equipment to challenges your body further and is then followed by slow and meaningful stretches to leave your muscles lengthened and strengthened.
