The Holistic Core Restore ® programmes work in a more effective way than just using the kegel method. Kegels are known as the ‘squeeze and lift’ method, but there is so much more to in than that. Our pelvic floor needs to work in synergy with the rest of our body and work alongside our breath and movement pattern.
We will work through key elements of fitness to connect your body and mind and reconnect your pelvic floor and core in a deeper way than you have experienced before. We work towards healing your body from the inside out to bring you home to your body once again.
We talk about how our fascia links our body from the top to the bottom – and how this can effect your Pelvic Floor, your entire Core and the rest of your body.
We incorporate functional everyday movement patterns which connect the Pelvic Floor/Core and your whole body ready for real life movement.
We use ‘Intrinsic Core Synergy®‘ – the innate synergy of all the components of the core driven by the breath.
We help you nourish your body through ‘just eating real food’ that provides the fuel for deep healing and tissue regeneration on a cellular level. What we eat matters.
We help you to identify and replace unhelpful nutrition and lifestyle factors that may also negatively impact your Core Restoration and global health with simple, easy to implement alternatives.
To heal your body from the inside out we start with light, slow exercises and then start to add in weights and more dynamic and challenging work.
