Improver Pilates classes are ideal if you have been practising Pilates for a few months and you feel confident that you have understood the principles of Pilates. You will have established a strong foundation and core stability and want to begin to challenge your stability.
More dynamic movement is added in to help with posture and to build stamina.
Pilates classes will help develop your strength, and help with flexibility and alignment.
Rehabilitative moves are incorporated into the classes alongside new ideas and strategies to add more challenge.
