Our intermediate classes will start to add classical Pilates exercises to provide an extra element of challenge. The flow and pace of the class will be increased to further increase stamina and work on your technique. Posture and alignment as well as breathing continue to be points of focus throughout the class. Small equipment will be incorporated into the class such as Pilates balls, rings, resistance bands, hand weights and foam rollers. Our classes are kept small in size to allow for individual client attention.
