Through the power of Pilates my aim is to empower women to feel comfortable in their own skin when exercising and never to see it as a chore or some form of punishment. I’m on a mission to help you love exercise!
Pilates can help the rest of your body to move freely. It will work your deep abdominal muscles and hone in on why a certain muscle is tight and try to solve the problem. Pilates will iron out the kinks in your body and get it moving better and pain free.
It’s not all about your abs and having a washboard stomach. It’s about having functional fitness to be able to lift and carry your baby/toddler/shopping basket or dog! It’s about being able to run, jump, sneeze, laugh or cough without fear of peeing yourself or excessively breaking wind.
