The Purebody Method and Purebody Perimeno-PAUSE has been designed by me, a registered nurse, to address all of your body concerns and to make you feel in control of your body again and comfortable in your own skin. Regardless of whether you are pre, peri or post menopausal, my programme will help you to regain control of your body and retrain your brain to connect to your pelvic floor muscles and core.

I will help you to stop having aches and pains and to strengthen your core muscles and work towards your body being stronger and reduce anxiety and overall stresses.

Through the programme you will learn how your body works at certain stages in your life and why it’s working in this way and the best ways to nourish, protect and support it.
