Meet Adele
Helping women move safely, heal deeply, and feel at home in their bodies again
Every woman’s body tells a story — and mine has, too.
As both a healthcare professional and a woman who’s experienced the shifts of hormonal change, I understand how easily we can feel disconnected from our bodies.
After years working as a Registered Nurse, I saw countless women who were told their pain, fatigue, or pelvic symptoms were “just part of getting older.” I knew we could do better — and that true healing comes when we combine clinical understanding with compassionate, body-aware care.
That’s why I created Purebody by Adele — a place where women feel safe, seen, and supported to move with confidence through every life stage.

My Philosophy
Movement is medicine.
I believe in an evidence-informed, holistic approach — blending medical knowledge with mindful movement to support women’s physical, hormonal, and emotional wellbeing.
Each client journey is personal and adaptable: whether it’s improving pelvic floor strength, managing perimenopausal symptoms, or simply learning to breathe with ease again.
I see my role not just as a teacher, but as a guide — helping you understand your body, regain trust in it, and feel empowered in your everyday life.
How I Work
1️⃣ We start with a detailed consultation — your story, goals, and health background.
2️⃣ I create a safe, tailored plan — combining Pilates, yoga, or breathwork with clinical guidance.
3️⃣ We move together — with ongoing support, check-ins, and encouragement.
Personal Touch
Outside the studio, you’ll find me enjoying long walks, good coffee, and time with my family.
I’m passionate about creating community — because every woman deserves support, knowledge, and space to move in a way that feels right for her body.
Closing Statement
You deserve care that sees the whole of you.
If you’re ready to reconnect with your body — safely, gently, and confidently — I’d love to help.
