The Purebody Method has been designed by me, a registered nurse, to address all of your body worries and to find a way to heal them. I will help you through what may physically seem like challenging times, and work towards a transformation of your body. You will learn how your body works at certain stages in your life, why it’s working in this way and the best ways to nourish, protect and support it.

Focusing on muscle alignment and balance, breathwork and your pelvic floor health, my Purebody Method 1:1 sessions will stop pain from affecting your life in a negative way. If you have weakened abdominals and back or neck pain, weak or tight hamstrings and hip flexors, by working through the causes of the problems I will stop you worrying that your body may regress as you get older.

We will work together to help you feel stronger and more confident in your body’s ability to function well and no longer worry that you either can’t easily get out of bed in the morning or that you won’t be able to get to the loo in time. Using Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Massage and Women’s Health, we will find a path that best works for you and makes you feel strong and body proud once again.
