Pilates will help to build a core that supports you and assists you in all movements that you make.⁠ Pilates has a great structure attached to it and follows some wonderful principles such as breathing, concentration, centring, flowing through movements, control and precision. ⁠

The Pilates principles are the key foundations of your Pilates practice. If you become familiar with them all, they can help you improve your technique and allow you to work deeper in each move. ⁠

My Method uses Pilates as part of the programme to strengthen your body’s foundations to continue to feel fitter and stronger and with more muscular endurance when you are performing other activities. Pilates beautifully supports other holistic therapies to ensure that we are giving our body the best treatment and care that it can receive.
