Our bodies and minds have had a lot of stress placed upon them over the last few years and undoubtedly our nervous systems have remained in a heightened state of tension and are producing too much cortisol.

We need to learn to regulate our nervous system and down-train our body to allow it to remain in a calm state .

Breath work plays a key role in Yoga and using mindfulness in our practice can truly calm our body, mind and soul. The Purebody Method focuses on down-training your body and returning your nervous system to a place of equilibrium. It also creates more flexibility in your body and in turn helps with mobility, stability and transforming your life on and off the mat.
